Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team via:

Once your cancellation request is received and processed, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
Refund Timelines for Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours of processing the cancellation. Additional 2–3 working days may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: We will process the refund via bank transfer. Please share your bank details via email. The refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours of receiving your details and confirmation, and may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer an easy 3-day return/exchange policy (sealed products only). Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Opened or tampered items will not be accepted.
- Perfume miniatures, vials, gift sets, deodorants, and deodorant sticks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
1. Email us at care@fridaycharm.com within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product and invoice.
3. Courier the unused, sealed product to our address. Refunds/replacements will be processed only after we receive and verify the item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is a miniature, sample, tester perfume, gift sets, deodorants, and deodorant sticks
- Product is used, opened, or damaged due to misuse
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Serial number tampered
- Product received after 3-day return window
- Free products or promotional items
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps within 3 business days of delivery:
1. Email us at care@fridaycharm.com with your Order ID and supporting images.
2. We will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.
3. Refund/replacement will be processed once we receive and verify the item.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If not available, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Returns
Yes, we allow partial returns. If you’ve ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for one or more products. However, all related accessories or complimentary items must also be returned.
